Funeral Videography Services in London, Kent & Sussex
Final Farewell Films provides funeral and memorial videography across London and the South East, creating a lasting record of each service for families to look back on in the future.
Every service is filmed quietly and unobtrusively, allowing the day to unfold naturally while ensuring the important moments are preserved with care.
Families choose to have a funeral recorded for many reasons. Some wish to preserve the service as a personal keepsake, while others want to be able to revisit the ceremony at a later time. In some cases, it allows those who were unable to attend to see the service afterwards.
We focus on filming the service itself at the chosen location, capturing the ceremony as it naturally unfolds. Services can be religious or non-religious, and each is approached with the same level of care and sensitivity.
Based in the South East, we regularly cover London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Essex, and are happy to travel further where required.

Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve answered some of the questions we’re most often asked below. If there’s anything else you’d like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Is it appropriate to film a funeral?
Yes, when handled sensitively, filming a funeral can be a respectful way to preserve the service. Many families find comfort in being able to revisit the ceremony or share it with those who were unable to attend. Filming is always carried out with care and consideration for the setting and those present.
When do you start and finish filming?
Coverage is usually booked in either 1–2 hour or 2–3 hour options. Filming typically begins around 45 minutes before the service to allow time for setup and to capture arrivals. Coverage is centred on the service itself, with the option to include additional elements such as the burial or wake depending on your requirements.
How discreet is the filming?
Filming is carried out as unobtrusively as possible, allowing the service to unfold naturally. We liaise with the officiant and funeral directors on the day to ensure we are in the right place at the right time. Typically, filming is done from a distance using zoom lenses, so there is minimal presence and no disruption.
How long does it take to receive the video?
Your film is typically delivered within 1–3 days. It is provided via a private online link, making it easy to watch, download, and share with family members if required.
